SHARK RSR - english |
|
|
With the brand new SHARK RSR,
the motorbike full-face helmet reaches real exceptional
heights of technology and comfort.
The care taken with the build and concept, along with
the balanced and aggressive design provides a great
originality to the RSR.
SHARK has created the RSR
line to answer to competition requirements.
Several GP racers have actively collaborated to its
development, and allowed to optimise the RSR'
s efficiency.

ACTIVE SAFETY:
The RSR shell is made of the best technical composite
fibres (Carbon Kevlar) fastened with Epoxy resin. This
combination constitutes a rigid structure whilst guaranteeing
excellent shock absorption.
SHARK introduces innovations within the concept
of the inner shock absorber made of 3 different densities,
which completes and emphasizes the qualities of the
outer shell.
The 3mm thick F1 type visor, offering extreme resistance
and strength, is exclusive on a motorcycle helmet.
Quickly changed but still firmly anchored in four places,
this visor system provides complete security The racing
chinstrap with a double D ring fastening ensures a constant
and precise fitting in any condition.
PASSIVE SAFETY:
Several shell
sizes allow adoption of any head size and shape. Vision
and fitting are optimum, even for extreme sizes. Aerodynamic
qualities, weight (1280g) and comfort, reduce weariness,
especially during long journeys.

Ventilation Advantage |
|
|
VENTILATION is one the RSR other
main advantage.
Because of a real air circulation consistency, the aeration
system is one of the more efficient currently available
:
The high flow air intake is positioned on top
of the helmet to optimise its operation.
Then, the air is moved towards different parts
of the helmet through the ATS system (Air Tube System)
and spread via deep tubes arranged in the inner lining.
The rear deflector creates a Venturi effect producing
a vacuum and drawing the warm air out, whilst assisting
the stabilization of the helmet.
The open cell comfort foam allows the movement
of air within the helmet creating a constant environment.
On the RSR, everything has been done to avoid any fog
development:
The visor benefits from an extremely efficient
treatment
The low air intake moves the air to diffusers
oriented towards the visor
2 breath guards are provided with the RSR in
order to have the best equipment for any conditions
2 exhaust vents situated in front of the mouth,
allow the warm air to exit via the lateral Venturi deflectors.
COMFORT:
Aprecise fit has been obtained to ensure a stable helmet
at high speed. The inner lining is made of a smooth
material, which is fully removable and washable. The
cheek pad design has linked them into the neck curtain,
which has helped to create a tight seal around the base
of the helmet, thus reducing helmet noise whilst increasing
stability and comfort.
They are easily interchangeable,
allowing a perfect adaptation and fit. The chin cover
avoids any turbulence.
